Chicken Breast sauteed with brandy, wine, garlic and creamy dijon mustard sauce.
Grilled Barramundi Fillets
Grilled in a lemon butter sauce.
Steak Diane
Tasmanian Sirloin in a creamy garlic sauce. (Please note: steaks will be cooked M/W)
Seasoned Vegetables
Fresh seasonal vegies will also be served to accompany all mains.

$45 per person set menu valid 7 days, a minimum of ten people. Full ranges of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available at normal menu prices. Please note one bill per table.
